“ We ordered freshly made Gorditas with our own choice of meat, including a birria gordita that came with arroz which was unexpectedly the perfect combo. The birria ramen, was extremely warm, perfect spice and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I will say every bite exceeded our expectations, the variety of sauces added the extra deliciousness. We definitely plan on returning for some more of The Valley Tacos! ”
